Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation Policy for Presenting Authors: Registration for authors with accepted papers (oral or posters) is non-refundable. This ensures the inclusion of their work in the final conference program.

Cancellation Policy for Attendees: Attendees may request cancellation of their registration before September 30, 2025. They will be refunded 75% of the amount paid, minus bank charges, and the refund will be processed within 30 business days after the end of the conference.
